Land Of The Free

Freedom is
a myth
the invisible
chain
of
restriction
is only
long enough
to give
the
illusion
that we
are
free,
just like
a dog
on a
leash
we can
only go
so far
and then
we are
yanked
back
by the
masters
of
conformity
and killing
tan and
brown
people
and stealing
oil
is what
they call
freedom,
some people
are so
dumb
they don't
know their
butt from
their head
even if
they were
stuck
together
like stupid
trained
sheep
hopeless
and
uninformed,
trained
from
birth
to worship
a flag,
like a
golden
calf
and pray
to it,
and
mammon
is their
god,
money is
their
blessed
savior,
maybe one
day we'll
all be
broke
and faith
in God
will be
all that
there is
and the
flag and
our country
will be
nothing
more than
dirt and
fabric,
for in
these
days
we are
ripe
for God
to wreck
us
